Client Policies

Important Information before your Arrive for your Session

  1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start your massage right on time and give you the full time we have scheduled for you.

  2. For your first appointment, please be sure to arrive with enough time to fill out an intake form. No treatment will take place without an intake form being filled out. We are happy to help you fill out the form if you need assistance. If you do not arrive early enough to complete the form, the time will be deducted from your session.

  3. What to Wear:

    • Traditional Thai or Fusion Bodywork: Thai treatments are performed either on a mat on the floor or on a low, wide table. Please be sure to wear flexible, moveable clothing. We recommend either yoga gear or something you would wear to lounge about the house in.

    • Prenatal Massage: These treatments are performed on the table-top between sheets. You will undress completely and will be covered securely the whole time. We will only undrape the area being worked. If you feel more comfortable wearing your clothes during a session, please consider a Thai treatment.

  4. Tipping, while optional, is always appreciated. Industry standard is 15-20% gratuity of the full, undiscounted cost of the service. Cash is appreciated, and we can always run a tip through your credit card.

  5. Cancellation/rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens and you may need to change your appointment at the last minute. These events include illness, death, and family emergencies. Please contact us if these incidents occur so that we may waive the cancellation fee. Please be aware that rescheduling at the last minute more than three times in three months will result in the fee being charged. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your appointment time.

  6. Our treatments are strictly non-sexual. Your therapist may use her knuckles, hands, forearms, knees or feet to implement massage techniques, or may rest your limbs against her shoulder, leg, hip or brace them against her trunk. There may be times when her torso touches you as well. These moments are not to be mistaken as any sort of sexual advance. Inappropriate behavior may cause the therapist to end the session early, with the expectation of receiving full payment for the treatment scheduled.

  7. Last and Most Important: Communication with your therapist is critical! If there is anything you would like differently for your comfort or preference, please communicate your needs to your therapist at any point during your massage. It is our commitment to help you get the treatment you need and achieve the goals you came for.
