Client Policies

Important Information before your Arrive for your Session

  1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment starts so we can begin your treatment right on time and give you the full time we have scheduled for you.

  2. For your first appointment, please be sure to arrive with enough time to fill out an intake form. No treatment will take place without an intake form being filled out. We are happy to help you fill out the form if you need assistance.

  3. What to Wear:

    • Traditional Thai or Fusion Bodywork: Thai treatments are performed either on a mat on the floor or on a low, wide table. Please be sure to bring or wear flexible, moveable clothing. We recommend either yoga gear or something you would wear to lounge about the house in.

    • Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork: Most of integrated treatments can be performed while you remain fully clothed, however depending on the nature of your complaint, you may need to disrobe to allow for skin contact on specific areas. Modalities such as cupping require tools to be placed directly on the skin. Please be sure to bring or wear flexible, moveable clothing, such as you'd wear to the gym.

    • Prenatal Massage: These treatments are performed on the table-top between sheets. You will undress completely and will be covered securely the whole time. We will only undrape the area being worked. If you feel more comfortable wearing your clothes during a session, please consider a Thai treatment.

  4. No Show & Cancellation Policy:

    • When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that we only get paid when a service is delivered. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

    • We understand that life happens and you may need to change your appointment at the last minute. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

      • Please be aware that emergency rescheduling more than three times will result in the fee being charged.

  5. Our treatments are strictly non-sexual. Your therapist may use her knuckles, hands, forearms, knees or feet to implement massage techniques, or may rest your limbs against her shoulder, leg, hip or brace them against her trunk. There may be times when her torso touches you as well. These moments are not to be mistaken as any sort of sexual advance. Inappropriate behavior may cause the therapist to end the session early, with the expectation of receiving full payment for the treatment scheduled.

  6. Last and Most Important: Communication with your therapist is critical! If there is anything you would like differently for your comfort or preference, please communicate your needs to your therapist at any point during your massage. It is our commitment to help you get the treatment you need and achieve the goals you came for.
